Romantic blonde woman in a burgundy dress holding a red rose and smiling softly, surrounded by warm candlelight, illustrating the love poem When You Look at Me by J. S. Summers.

When You Look At Me ❤️🌹

Have you ever had someone look at you in a way that makes you feel beautiful, loved and wanted, without saying a single word?

I think there’s something rather wonderful about those little moments. A smile, a cheeky glance, or the way someone’s eyes light up when they see you.

Sometimes it’s not about how someone looks, but how they make you feel when they look at you.

“When You Look at Me’ is a romantic poem about those butterflies, stolen glances and little moments when the rest of the world seems to disappear.

And that lovely feeling of not knowing whether to lean in for a kiss or wait for one. 😘❤️

When You Look At Me ❤️🌹

When you look at me,

I see your smile,

The way your lips

Curl ever so slightly

With kindness,

And love,

And just the right

Amount of naughtiness.

It’s not how you look though,

It’s what your look

Makes me feel.

The warmth

That fills my heart,

The butterflies

That dance

Deep inside.

The way

You make me smile

Without saying

A single word.

And sometimes,

When our eyes meet,

The whole world

Seems to disappear.

No words.

No distractions.

Just you,

And me.

And that little smile

Upon your lips.

The one

That makes my heart

Skip a beat.

And leaves me

Wondering…

Whether I should

Kiss you now,

Or wait

For you

To kiss me. ❤️
