The Bees Knees

I love my wild garden! 😁👍

It’s small and can look overgrown at times, but it attracts so much wonderful wildlife—from robins to slow worms, ravens to stick insects to admiral butterflies!

But something that I truly love to do on a beautiful summer’s day is sit outside with a cup of coffee and watch the bees buzzing by.

They love to visit so many of my wildflowers, and I love to watch them!

This magnified photo of one reminds me of their elegance and beauty—but also of their importance—not just in the natural world, but in our human-made one too. Without them, we would have no plants, no food, no existence!

So here’s to bees thriving and helping them to do so! 😁👍
